Approach

  • The review and approval process will include subject matter experts from three different countries and time zones.
  • The meeting will be conducted in a standup format twice a month to gather requirements and feedback.
  • We’ll present a proposed prototype and iterate it, fulfilling requirements.

Results

  • The format was designed for hard-bound printed books.
  • Legal Pamphlets and soft-bound books will adopt the same format, then expanded to other business units.
